  1. Organize your thoughts
Suddenly, I went to my old Naver blog that I had created a long time ago. The first post I wrote for myself was on May 5, 2010. Based on the start date, it has been 15 years since I started blogging. Why did I start blogging back then? I don't remember very well.
I have never written a diary on my own except for the diary that my teacher forced me to write in elementary school. My personal writing was all about writing random ideas in a notebook. When I entered high school, I suffered from the stress of having to start submitting all kinds of reports past midnight on the deadline, but when I read back what I had written later, I realized that I found pleasure in writing.
As I entered the new year of 2025, I wanted to write more regularly and intentionally, something I had wanted to do only in my head for a long time. This idea became more solid as I watched my coworker H. I am a person who thinks a lot and likes to talk, so I always have my own opinion on everything and every idea, but I suddenly wondered if I had a consistent and repetitive “perspective” that only I had. H was careful, but he always had a clear perspective. So I decided to write down more of the thoughts I had, and connect and refine them.
I even stopped using Instagram because I was a lazy perfectionist and a lenient person. I used to worry too much about posting something, but I hated myself for worrying about the number of likes or comments. However, I didn't have the motivation to create something complete if I thought no one would see it. That's why I chose a blog! A place where I can write in a space where anyone can see it, but where no one will pay attention, so I can write my thoughts more comfortably. A place where I feel pressured to write complete articles, but don't have to worry about them being witty and cool. I was ready after buying a domain with the same name as my name and connecting it.
My goal is to keep writing. As the records accumulate, connect, and organize, and I believe that I have a story that only I can tell, I want to show it to more people. For now, one subscriber is enough.
